Not much trading going on today – I have a couple of builder friends coming up at 8 o’clock this morning to look at the 2nd flat I have bought next-door to this one that I’m living in – it needs a total renovation as it has not had any modernisation for the past 30 years it seems.

As I am close-by I am going to project manage the whole thing – and this flat needs renovation as well, but I will be doing everything in this one – new kitchen, new floors and new fittings in all 3 bathrooms. The only work I will not be doing is the new central heating/air conditioning and the plumbing in the bathrooms/kitchen. In between I will be trading as well !!

I will report back this evening – with an update of any trading I manage……

Update 6:45pm – I started watching my usual chart for my “Trade With A Day Job” evening system at 5 o’clock in my newly organised ‘study/office’ and within 10 minutes, I was in a short trade. I reached the 20 pip target by quarter to six, and I called it a day at that point as I am due out shortly with some old school friends who live up here in London as well.

Daily Target Reached ?  YES (+20 pips) I just traded the evening session.
